Mollösund im Südwesten von Orust- ein Parkplatz war nur weit außerhalb zu finden, doch der viertelstündige Fußmarsch hat sich absolut gelohnt - ein Bilderbuchstädtchen für den Schärentouristen! ;o)
In dem Café rechts im Bild gab es sehr leckere "Sandwiches" - gefüllte Baguettes. Siljan hatte eines mit Krabben und Rogen, "Schärenmischung", und ich freute mich über das leckerste vegetarische Angebot seit sehr langer Zeit: das Sandwich war gefüllt mit einer Fetacreme mit Oliven, kleingewürfelten Pellkartoffeln, Gurken und Paprika. Zum Nachtisch mußten wir noch das typische Dessert der Region probieren, frische Waffeln mit hausgemachter Erdbeermarmelade und Sahne. Sehr sündig, aber leeecker! :o)
Vor dem Café habe ich ein Bookcrossing-Buch freigelassen, das bereits mit neuem Standort Hjørring, Dänemark gemeldet worden ist.

Finally finding a parking spot outside Mollösund in the south west of Orust, we still had to walk a good 15min to reach the village proper. Really unusual for Sweden ;o), but worth every step: this is literally the picture book seaside village for the skerry tourist! *lol*
In the small café at the right we find a delicious lunch: baguettes filled with a variety of creamy stuffings. Siljan had one with shrimp and roe, a combination called "skerry garden" hereabouts; and I one of the best vegetarian variets I ever tasted: a feta-based cream with chunks of olives and small dices of poiled potatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. For dessert we absolutely had to try the typical local sweet, fresh waffles with whipped cream and home-made strawberry jam. Sinfully delicious!
I had released a bookcrossing book in front of the café and have already gotten a journal entry for it, from Hjørring, Denkmark!
